א- מקור 1 יוצר זרם בכיוון השעון. מקור 2 יוצר זרם נגד כיוון השעון.

לכן, המקורות יוצרים זרמים בכיוונים מנוגדים.

ב- מכיוון שמקור 2 יוצר זרם נגד כיוון השעון והכא"מ שלו גדול יותר. במעגל יזרום זרם נגד כיוון השעון.

ג- נסמן את הזרם במעגל ב- I.

מחוק קרכהוף למתחים סכום המתחים בלולאה סגורה שווה לאפס.

במעגל קיימת רק לולאה אחת, נכתוב את משוואת המתחים .

לפני כתיבת המשוואה, נוסיף למעגל את ההתנגדויות הפנימיות. ואת חצי המתח לכל רכיבי המעגל (נמקם את ראשי החצים בפוטנציאל הגבוה).

מחוק המתחים של קרכהוף סכום המתחים בכל לולאה סגורה שווה לאפס.

נסכום את המתחים בלולאה, נתחיל מההדק החיובי של מקור 1 , נסכום את המתחים בכיוון השעון(ניתן לסכום גם בכיוון ההפוך):
